Godsmark Architecture has received planning permission for a mixed us development in Rotherhithe, South London.

The site is an end of terrace on a busy one-way road. The accommodation comprises a ground floor commercial unit, two one bedroom flats and a duplex studio flat.

The design is intended to complete the terrace both by it following the parapet and fascia lines and by the use of a white brick which blends in with the painted brickwork of the terrace but in a more durable way.

Construction is due to start in June 2012.
